Highly trained technicians using state-of-the-art software and equipment build the finest quality tools. Based on your critical to function dimensions, detailed inspection is provided throughout the mold build process to ensure accuracy.

M.R. Mold & Engineering's quality lab can provide both contact and non-contact inspection using the latest technology and equipment. Our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) provides inspection of electrodes, cores, cavities and pins. Our MicroVu allows us to inspect dimensions on soft silicone parts. Detailed inspection reports are included with the electronic mold manual, which is provided with every completed tool.
