M.R. Mold & Engineering Company Background

In 1985, Rick Finnie opened M.R. Mold & Engineering with one employee. Today, M.R. Mold is known around the world for its expertise in liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molds, gum stock silicone, plastic injection, compression, and transfer molds for its global customer base. Twenty-five highly-skilled employees, cutting edge technology and extensive employee training make it possible for M.R. Mold to consistently exceed our customers' expectations. In addition to Finnie, M.R. Mold's management team of Jim Albert, Phil Bristow and Brian Geisel have over 125 years of combined experience in the industry.

In 2005, M.R. Mold introduced its 4,000 square foot Technology Center with 3 company owned molding machines. With this capability we have learned through experience how to:

• process silicone, helping our customers in their product analysis.
• sample LSR molds before they are shipped to our customers. Sending samples ahead of mold delivery saves our customers precious time and money.
• afford our customers the ability to perform turn-key projects.
